Future Leader Fest 2023 is designed to empower youth and aspiring leaders with knowledge, skills and inspiration. This event aims to build networks between young leaders, provide access to experienced mentors, and offer insight into leadership in the digital and global era.
Strategy and Planning
Planning this event involved collaboration with ID Next Leader and the ITB Campus Alumni Association to gather resources, knowledge and networks. Tanah Airku Theatre, TMII, Jakarta, was chosen as the venue because of its capacity and facilities which can accommodate various activities such as talk shows, mentoring and community booths.
Challenges and Solutions
Managing the logistics and flow of 1000 participants is the main challenge. The solution involves implementing an efficient digital registration and queue management system. In addition, event layout design was adjusted to facilitate the movement of participants between various activity areas.
Feedback dan Results
Feedback from participants was very positive, especially regarding the quality of the key speakers, Deputy Governor of East Java Dr. H. Emil Elestianto Dardak and Minister of Investment Bahlil Lahadalia. Mentoring sessions and talk shows received high appreciation because they offered direct interaction with inspirational figures. Post-event surveys showed a significant increase in participants' desire to engage in leadership activities.
