This event aims to strengthen cooperation and coordination between stakeholders in the airport sector, as well as renewing the strategic vision and updating policies in air transport management in Indonesia.

By holding a series of activities ranging from airport tours, team building sessions, plenary meetings, to gala dinners and awards, this event is designed to facilitate technical discussions while building collective spirit and appreciation for individual contributions.


Challenges and Solutions
Aligning technical activities with team building activities for 500 participants was a challenge. The solution is to design an agenda that allows time for collaboration and discussion, while setting aside special sessions for activities that strengthen team relationships and recognize accomplishments.
Feedback and Results
Participants gave positive feedback especially regarding the diversity of the event format which allowed them to be involved technically and socially. Activities such as tours and team building are highly valued because they add an interactive and fun dimension to meetings, increase team cohesion and strengthen professional networks.
